Mission Statement
To bring professionalism and a high standard of excellence to the bail enforcement community. To provide continuing training, education and a forum for discussion among fellow professional bail enforcement agents. We will adhere and closely monitor all state and federal guidelines that are applicable to our agents.
Delaware Bail Enforcement Requirement
Any individual applying for a bail enforcement agent ID cars 
under 24 Del.C. Ch. 55 must
meet and maintain the following qualifications
Training Guidelines 
Must complete training in the following courses:
Consitution/Bill of Rights
Laws of Arrest and Use of Deasly Forse
Laws of Search of Seizure of Wantes Persons
Police Jurisdiction & Rules/ Regulations of Bail Enforcement Agents
(40) Hour Firearms Course by approved Detective Licensing Instructor
Must qualify with weapon being carried
Must complete yearly recertification requirements
